김재연·김미희 의원도 RO인가?

재판부 “5월12일 회합이 RO 조직원 모임이고, 참석자 130명은 주체사상을 지도이념으로 활동하는 RO 조직원”

수원지법 형사12부(부장 김정운)는 17일 열린 '이석기 내란음모 사건' 결심 공판에서 이석기에 대해 징역 12년-자격정지 10년을 선고하며 이렇게 밝혔다.
“이 의원의 모임은 혁명조직 ‘RO’가 맞고, 이 의원은 총책에 해당하는 지위에 있었다.···이 의원 등이 작년 5월12일 모인 것은 RO 조직원 모임이었고, 참석자 130명은 주체사상을 지도이념으로 활동하는 RO 조직원이다”
“이 의원이 RO 모임에서 한 발언은 북의 대남혁명전략에 부합하고, (이 의원의 활동 조직은) 지휘체계를 갖춘 조직으로 인정된다.···작년 5월 곤지암, 합정동에서 이석기 의원 등이 가진 두 차례 모임은 조직 모임으로 봐야 한다”
재판부는 작년 5월12일 회합이 RO 조직원 모임이고, 참석자 130명은 주체사상을 지도이념으로 활동하는 RO 조직원이라고 명시했다. 이 모임에는 130명이 참석했고, 지난 해 12월19일 공판 증인으로 출석했던 통합진보당 당직자 백 모씨는 “5월12일 서울 합정동에서 있었던 RO 회합에 통합진보당 김재연 의원과 김미희 의원이 참석했다”고 증언했다(http://news.ichannela.com/politics/3/00/20131219/59674648/1).
김재연·김미희 두 의원은 RO의 실체를 전면 부인한다. 참석 여부 관련, 지난 해 8월 국가정보원의 수사 사실이 처음 알려졌을 때 김재연 의원은 참석 사실을 부인하다 며칠 뒤에야 시인했고, 김미희 의원은 참석 여부를 분명히 밝히지 않았다. 김재연 의원은 지난 해 9월 새누리당 김진태 의원이 “김재연은 RO 조직원”이라고 말하자, 김진태 의원을 허위사실 유포에 따른 명예훼손 혐의로 고소했다.
오늘 ‘5월12일 회합 참석자 130명이 RO조직원’이라는 1심 판결이 나온 이후, 국민들은 상식적 의문을 제기하지 않을 수 없다. 이 모임에 참석한 김재연·김미희 의원은 RO조직원인가 아닌가? 이런 사람들이 월급·활동비를 국고에서 지급받고 정부기관 등에 자료제출 요구권을 행사하는 것이 정상인가? 이런 사람들에 대한 자격심사안(資格審査案)·징계안(懲戒案)도 통과시키지 않는 국회가 특검(特檢)과 개헌(改憲)을 떠드는 것이 정상인가? 이런 쓰레기통을 어떻게 해야 하는가?
