법원은 주한미군철수-국가보안법폐지-고려연방제가 적화통일 노선임을 분명히 해왔다.

사진은 종북정당 통합진보당이 거리에 내건 ‘코리아연방’ 포스터이다. 통진당은 주한미군철수-보안법폐지에 추가해 연방제통일을 주장한다. ‘코리아연방제’는 북한의 적화통일 술책인 ‘고려연방제’와 발음도 비슷하지만, 내용 역시 같다. 고려연방제와 마찬가지로 북한의 자유화·민주화 없이 남북한이 지방정부가 돼 코리아연방에 편입되기 때문이다.
사법부는 주한미군철수-국가보안법폐지-고려연방제가 적화통일 노선임을 분명히 해왔다.
“북한은 소위 ‘고려연방제 통일방안’을 내세워 그 선결 조건으로 국가보안법 폐지, 평화협정 체결 및 주한미군 철수 등을 내세우고 있을 뿐 아니라(···) 끊임없이 무력도발과 위협을 계속하는 등 우리나라의 자유민주주의 체제를 전복하고자하는 赤化統一(적화통일) 노선을 유지하고 있다(2009고단5154)”
법원 판례에 따르면, 통진당은 적화통일하자는 선동문을 길거리에 내붙인 셈이다. 핵폭탄 가진 깡패집단 앞에서 종북·좌파 跋扈(발호)는 더욱 커져만 간다. 거친 난세는 이미 시작된 것이다.
