평양에서 김정일 비난 낙서가 나오기는 이례적 사건

한반도 혼돈의 震央(진앙)인 김정일 정권은 이제 끝으로 가는가? 북한 평양에 김정일을 비방하는 낙서가 발견돼 보안 당국이 발칵 뒤집혔다고 대북전문매체 데일리NK가 평양 소식통을 인용, 29일 보도했다.

 

이 매체에 따르면, 지난달엔 평양 만경대의 김일성 生家(생가) 대문 한 쪽이 분실된 데 이어, 24일에는 평양철도대학 담장에 김정일을 비난하는 낙서까지 등장해 보안 당국이 비상에 걸렸다. 평양에서 김정일 비난 낙서가 나오기는 이례적 사건이다.

 

평양에 거주하면서 중국 丹東(단동)을 자주 왕래한다는 이 소식통은 “(김정일 실명을 쓴 비난 낙서는) 워낙 사건이 엄중하다 보니 주민들 사이에서 소문도 금방 퍼졌다”고 데일리NK에 전했다.

 

이 소식통에 따르면, 철도대학 담장에 한 글자당 B4(257X364mm) 크기 정도로 ‘박정희·김정일 독재자, 박정희 나라 경제 발전시킨 독재자, 김정일 사람들 굶겨 죽인 독재자’란 글이 흰색 분필로 쓰였다. 철도대학 담장은 빨간 벽돌로 되어 있어 흰색 낙서가 더욱 눈에 잘 띄었다고 이 소식통은 말했다.

 

북한 보안 당국은 낙서가 발견되고 나서 범인이 지방으로 도주하는 것을 막기 위해 3일간 公務(공무) 이외의 인구 이동을 철저히 통제한 것으로 알려졌다. 또 범인을 잡기 위해 평양 사람들은 물론 외부에서 들어온 사람들도 단속하고 검열했다. 이에 27일 오전까지 사흘간 기차표 발매가 금지되고, 평양역과 서평양역, 평양~평성, 평양~원산, 평양~間里(간리) 사이 도로들도 차단된 채 검문검색이 강화된 것으로 알려졌다.

 

이 소식통은 “북한 당국이 철도대학 학생들을 중심으로 수사망을 좁히는 것 같다”며 “지방도 아닌 수도 평양 한복판에서 이 같은 낙서 사건이 벌어져 ‘피바람’이 불 것 같다”고 이 매체에 말했다.
