(分析)민통당·통진당 야권의 反대한민국 연대 합의문
전체적으로 대한민국과 국민에게 해롭고 북한정권과 소수 左翼선동집단에 이로운 내용들이다.
민주통합당과 통합진보당이 이른바 야권연대에 합의했다. 이들 두 정당은 합의문을 통해 “총선 후보단일화”를 결정한 뒤 “새누리당과 1:1 구도를 실현하기 위해 상호 합의한 예외지역을 제외한 모든 선거구를 野圈연대지역으로 선정한다”고 밝혔다.
 
 제1야당인 민통당이 극좌파 미니정당 통진당에 휘둘려 맺어진 것 같은 이 합의문은 과거 민노당 주장의 판박이다.
 
 한미FTA 폐기, 제주해군기지 백지화, 국가보안법 폐지가 핵심이며 1% 슈퍼부자 增稅, 반값등록금, 출자총액제한제도 도입, 순환출자 금지 등 反기업·反시장적 포퓰리즘 정책들과 원자력발전 재검토 및 무상의료·보육·급식 등 사회주의 정책들을 합의했다. “6·15, 10·4 등 남북 정상간 합의 존중” 및 “상호체제 인정” 등 북한의 수령독재 3代세습 인정도 못 박았다. 전체적으로 대한민국과 국민에게 해롭고 북한정권과 소수 左翼선동집단에 이로운 내용들이다.
 
 野圈연대는 영화에 나오는 ‘왝 더 독(wag the dog·개의 꼬리가 몸통을 흔든다)’ 현상과 유사하다. 단결된 7석의 통진당이 89석의 민통당을 끌고 가며 소위 야권을 모두 極左(극좌)·從北(종북)으로 변질시키는 것이다. 합의문 중 몇 개의 내용을 분석하면 이러하다.

 야권연대는 소위 “이명박 정권이 체결한 한미FTA의 시행 반대”를 결정했다. “한미 FTA가 국익과 민생, 입법주권과 사법주권을 심대하게 침해할 뿐만 아니라, 국가의 존엄과 국민의 자존심에 반하는 굴욕적인 협상”이기 때문에 “無效(무효)”라는 것이다.
 
 무역의존도 88.2%인 한국의 FTA에 대한 경제적 득실 여부와 별도로, 이미 맺은 조약의 폐기는 건국 이래 최초 사건이 될 것이다. 한국이 그간 맺은 조약이 2800개에 달하지만 단 한 건도 일방적으로 폐기된 적은 없었다.
 
 외국에서 ISD(투자보장협정)를 폐기한 나라는 두 곳이다. 좌파가 집권한 볼리비아와 에콰도르. 한국도 남미의 암울한 나라를 뒤쫓는 국제 신용불량국가로 몰릴 위기에 처했다. 선진국 행사하기는 불가능해진 셈이다. 이런 식이면 한미동맹도 오래가진 못할 것이다. 야권연대는 反FTA로 농민들 표를 얻기 위해 또는 맹목적 反美심리로 수출 7위, 무역 9위 한국을 구한말 쇄국의 진창에 밀어 넣고 있다.

 야권연대는 “이명박 정부가 당초 목적과 취지, 주민동의 절차, 국회의 중단 요구마저 무시한 채 일방적으로 강행하고 있는 軍港 공사에 대해 깊은 우려와 분노를 표한다”며 제주 해군기지 건설에 대한 “즉각적인 공사의 중단”을 요구했다.
 
 제주 해군기지는 안보·경제적 차원의 불가피한 선택이다. 유사 시 제주해상 교통로가 중국 등에 의해 차단되면 한국경제는 붕괴된다. 한국은 원유 99.8%, 곡물·원자 100%를 이 바닷길을 따라 수송한다. 제주해상 교통로가 15일 이상 차단되면 수출입이 중단되고 생필품 부족이 생긴다. 100일 이상 차단되면 완제품 생산이 중단돼 국가경제가 버티지 못할 것이다.
 
 이어도가 위치한 제주도 남쪽해안과 일본 규슈지방 사이 8만㎢에 달하는 ‘7광구’는 막대한 자원의 寶庫(보고)이기도 하다. 이곳에 매장된 천연가스는 72억t, 원유는 100억~1000억 배럴로 추정된다. 각국의 자원전쟁이 심해지면서 중국은 이어도를 자국 관할 해역인 양 억지를 부리고 있다. 중국 류츠구이(劉賜貴) 국가해양국장(장관급)은 3일 전국인민대표회(전인대) 개막을 앞두고 官營신화통신과 인터뷰에서 “해양 감시선과 항공기를 동원한 정기순찰 대상 해역에 이어도를 포함시킬 것”이라고 밝혔다.
 
 이어도는 한국과 중국의 死活的 이익이 걸린 곳이다. 함정이 22km 속도로 이어도까지 가는 시각은 부산 해군작전사령부에서 23시간, 목포기지에서 15시간30분, 일본 해상자위대 사세보 기지에서 21시간, 중국 동해함대 영파기지에서 18시간이 소요된다. 그러나 제주 해군기지가 건설될 경우 8시간으로 단축된다.
 
 중국의 이어도 침탈 욕망이 노골화되는 가운데, 야권연대는 오히려 제주 해군기지 건설 중단을 촉구하고 나섰다.

 기타 야권연대가 들고 나온 “경제민주화”와 “보편적 복지” 등 포퓰리즘 정책들은 새누리당과 크게 다르지 않다. 그러나 “재벌의 독점체제 해소” 등 極左의 예각을 더욱 세웠다.
 
 “原電 추가 건설을 중단하며 原電정책을 전면 재검토” 등 황당한 주장도 있다. 한국의 원자력발전 비율은 35.7%로서 세계에서 여섯 번째로 原電(원전)을 수출한 나라다. 자원 전쟁시대에 대한민국을 버텨 줄 에너지는 현재로선 원자력뿐이다.
 
 놀랍게도 야권연대는 대한민국 입장에서 대체 불가능한 原電(원전)에는 반대하면서 정작 민족공멸의 북한 핵개발엔 침묵한다. 야권연대 합의문엔 북한의 핵폐기 등에 대한 단 한마디의 언급도 없다. 오히려 국가보안법 폐지와 反헌법적 死文書인 6·15와 10·4선언 이행을 주장했다.
