‘경악(驚愕)스러운’ 문재인 의원의 성명

문재인 의원의 ‘朴대통령 결단을 촉구하는’ 23일 성명은 과장과 억지로 일관된 침소봉대(針小棒大)다. 이 침소봉대는 국가의 안녕과 질서를 흔드는 점에서 반국가적(反國家的)이다.
그는 “국정원, 경찰은 물론 군과 보훈처까지 대선에 개입하고 정치에 개입하고 불법범죄를 저리른 사실이 드러났다”며 “국정원의 대선개입 정도도 기소된 것보다 훨씬 광범위(廣範圍)하다는 게 확인됐다” “빙산의 일각”이라고 했다.
“특히 군사독재 시절 이후 찾아보기 어려웠던 군(軍)의 선거개입은 경악(驚愕)스럽다”고 했다.
아찔하다. 등골에 식은땀이 흐른다. ‘이런 사람이 대통령이 됐다면?’

文의원은 “확인됐다고 단정했다. 그러나 법적인 판단은 아직 나오지 않았다. 국정원 심리전단 직원 일부의 인터넷 댓글과 트위터 글의 선거법 위반 여부가 논란이다. 정치검사들의 편파수사와 좌경매체의 왜곡선동이 논란을 키우고 있을 뿐이다.
댓글과 트위터 내용은 (천안함 관련) ‘어뢰를 건져줘도 못 믿겠다면 도대체 뭘 건져줘야 합니까’ 등 북한과 종북(從北)의 체제전복 시도에 대한 방첩활동 정도이다.
국정원 반박에 따르면, 문제가 된 트윗 글 5만5,689건 중 국정원 직원이 직접 작성한 것은 139건(6%). 리트윗한(퍼 나른) 것 까지 다 합쳐도 2,233건. 게다가 노골적 정치개입 글로 지목된 “문재인 놀란 토끼눈” 등은 아예 국정원 직원 글이 아니다.
하루 240만 개의 트윗 글이 생산된다. 설령 5만5,689건을 모두 문제로 삼아도 4개월 간 생성된 2억8,800만 건 중 0.02%다.
5만5,689건도 확인된 숫자가 아니다. 검찰 공소장에 따른다 하여도, 절반인 2만8,317건만 국정원 직원 글로 확인됐고 나머지 2만7,372건은 작성자 불명으로 남아있다. 수사자체가 미완성 상태다.
국정원 측은 조직적인 선거개입, 정치개입은 없었으며, 직원 일부의 일탈이라 반박한다. 결국 법원의 판결이 나오기 전까진, 확인된 사실은 없다는 말이다.

문재인 의원이 “특히 군사독재 시절 이후 찾아보기 어려웠던 군(軍)의 선거개입”으로 표현한 군 사이버사령부 정치 댓글은 더하다. 22일 국방부 1차 조사결과에 따르면 “사이버사령부 소속 군무원 3명과 현역 군인(부사관) 1명의 개인적 활동이었다”고 발표했다. 이 역시 확인된 사실은 없다.
‘보훈처’까지 물고 늘어진다. 그러나 보훈처가 해왔던 활동은 ‘나라사랑교육’이라는 이름의 안보교육이다. 교재도, 교육도, 특정정당·특정후보는 언급된 적조차 없었다. 민주당 의원들 말을 들어 보니, 햇볕정책 비판 등을 문제 삼는다.

문재인 의원은 노무현 NLL 대화록 폐기 사건 관련, 대화록 작성과 이관(移關)의 실무책임자로서 검찰의 수사를 앞두고 있다.
법적인 책임은 언급치 않는다 하여도, 그는 정치적 책임을 져야할 사람이다. 文의원은 지난 6월 “만약 NLL 재획정 문제와 공동어로구역에 관한 노무현 대통령과 참여정부의 입장이 북한과 같은 것이었다고 드러나면, 제가 사과는 물론 정치를 그만두는 것으로 책임을 지겠다”고 했었다.
국정원 대화록 사본을 보면, 김정일은 2007년 10·4회담 당시 4번이나 NLL과 북측 주장 해상 경계선을 ‘쌍방이 다 포기하자’고 하고 노무현 당시 대통령은 “예 좋습니다” “나는 위원장과 생각을 같이 하고 있다”고 동의했다. 김정일은 7분 정도 시간대(帶)에 3번이나 ‘포기’란 단어를 쓸 정도로 분명한 뜻을 밝혔고 盧 前대통령은 이에 합의한 것이다. 문재인 의원이 정치적 양심이 있다면 일단 이 정계은퇴 약속부터 지켜야한다.
이것 뿐 아니다. 文의원은 이석기 RO 발호(跋扈)에 원죄가 있다. 노무현 정권 당시 민정수석으로서 2003년과 2005년 각각 이석기 사면(赦免)과 복권(復權)에 실무책임자였다. 2003년에는 15만 사면대상자 가운데 유일한 공안사범이 이석기였다.
文의원은 2003년 법무부 반대를 무릅쓰고 이석기 사면을 추진한 의혹도 받는다. 새누리당 권성동 의원은 17일 보도자료를 통해 이 같은 사실을 언급한 뒤 “당시 노무현 정권이 국가보안법을 무력화시키고 종북주의자에 대한 유화적 태도를 취한 것”이라고 비판했다.
文의원의 23일 성명은 억지와 과장, 궤변으로 일관된 선동문이다. 이런 인물이 한국 정치의 중추적 역할을 하고 있다니, 그의 말처럼 “경악(驚愕)스러운” 일이다.
